We understand that in some unseen circumstances that a product might not fulfil, in the case of size, colour etc however, we do not offer change of mind refunds or exchange.

A product can be return within 14 days so please contact kytinidesigns@outlook.com to arrange and discuss item details.

Buyer pays for postage - to be eligible buyer must return with tags and item in condition as received, please be aware that any signs of damage such as make up, perfume and  deodorant stains will not receive a refund.

Clothing Items also will not be refunded for products that have been tried on without something underneath panty line. 

For these reasons we cannot resell the product to another customer.
